Refund Policy
Overview
This policy covers refunds for assessment services booked with Sitehemlockhub Mining Review Co. Hardware purchases are not offered on this site and are not covered here.
Full Refund Eligibility
You may receive a full refund of deposits or prepaid fees if:
- We cancel a visit due to staff illness or equipment failure and cannot reschedule within fourteen days.
- You cancel at least five business days before the confirmed visit date.
- Building access is denied for reasons outside your control and no reschedule is possible within thirty days.
Partial Refund
A 50% refund applies if you cancel between two and five business days before the visit. Late cancellation within two business days forfeits the deposit.
Non-Refundable Items
- Reports already delivered in full.
- Third-party freight or escort fees invoiced on your behalf.
- Follow-up visits where on-site work has started.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least three business days before the visit. Additional reschedules incur ₩30,000 administrative fee.
No-Shows
If our technician arrives and cannot access the suite within thirty minutes of the scheduled start due to client unavailability, the visit is charged in full and no refund applies.
Work Already Started
If intake review and desk research have begun but you cancel before the on-site visit, we refund amounts above ₩40,000 preparation fee.
Deposits
Deposits hold calendar slots. Refundable portions follow the cancellation windows above.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method.
Refund Method
Bank transfer for domestic clients; international wire where applicable. Card refunds are not available as we do not process card payments on this website.

Exceptions
Force majeure events (government building closures, natural disasters) are handled case by case with priority rescheduling before refunds.
