1. Acceptance

By accessing sitehemlockhub.click or booking an assessment with Sitehemlockhub Mining Review Co., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide independent assessments, surveys, and verification reports for compact ASIC mining hardware in office environments. We do not sell mining equipment, operate mining pools, or provide investment advice.

3. Bookings and Payment

Assessment visits require confirmed booking and payment terms stated on your invoice. Deposits are non-transferable between clients. Balance payment is due before final report delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Report PDFs, photographs, and thermal maps remain our intellectual property until full payment clears. You receive a licence to use reports for internal facilities, landlord, and compliance discussions. You may not resell or publicly redistribute our reports without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate suite dimensions, access permissions, and equipment information. You are responsible for compliance with your lease, building rules, and applicable laws regarding mining activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our reports reflect conditions measured on the visit date. We are not liable for hardware defects, pool performance, market outcomes, or landlord decisions after delivery. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific assessment giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sitehemlockhub Mining Review Co. against claims arising from your installation choices, electrical modifications, or operation of mining hardware after receiving our report.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
